Chertoff calls reports of Mexican military incursions overblown www.mercurynews.com/mld/mercurynews/news/local/states/california/northern_california/13656324.htm "- Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said Wednesday that reports of Mexican soldiers frequently crossing onto U.S. soil were overblown, calling many of those incursions innocent mistakes. "I think to create the image that somehow there is a deliberate effort by the Mexican military to cross the border would be to traffic in scare tactics," Chertoff told reporters in Washington. "We have a good relationship with the Mexicans and I think treating this as an alarmist issue that suggests we're in danger of some significant overreaching is not accurate and not helpful." Chertoff's remarks followed a newspaper report that the Mexican military had crossed into the United States 216 times since 1996. The Inland Valley Daily Bulletin of Ontario published details Sunday of a Homeland Security Department report. "I think we average about 20 a year, and a significant number of those are innocent things where ... police or military from Mexico may step across the border because they're not aware of exactly where the line is," Chertoff said. Chertoff added that some members of the Mexican army or police have abandoned their jobs and crossed into the United States to do "something illegal." Also, some criminals who have stepped across the border are dressed as soldiers but do not belong to the military, he said. Rafael Laveaga, a spokesman for the Mexican Embassy in Washington, declined to comment on Chertoff's remarks. He stood by earlier remarks that the Mexican military has never deliberately stepped onto U.S. soil. He declined to say if there were any unintentional crossings. The head of a labor union that represents about 10,500 U.S. Border Patrol agents dismissed Chertoff's remarks as "diplomatic response" to a long-running problem on U.S.-Mexico border. "It really doesn't surprise me that he's playing the diplomat," said T.J. Bonner, president of the National Border Patrol Council. "This is a guy whose time on the border can be measured in hours, not years." Bonner said Mexican soldiers - possibly some Army deserters - are providing protection for drug runners. "It's all about the drugs," he said. "The lure of the riches of the cartel, they're too many for many of their solders to resist, whether they're corrupted on active duty or take up with other bands." Homeland Security recorded an annual average of 21.6 Mexican military incursions since the 1996 fiscal year, according to the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin. Incidents peaked at 40 in 2002 and dropped to nine in the 2005 fiscal year that ended in September. The Border Patrol's El Centro sector, which covers southeastern California, recorded the most incursions since 1996 (58), followed by Tucson, Ariz., (39), El Paso, Texas (33) and McAllen, Texas, (28), according to the newspaper. Del Rio, Texas, recorded only three incidents, the fewest of the agency's nine sectors along the southwest border. Peter Nunez, the U.S. attorney in San Diego from 1982 to 1988, said it was difficult to know if the reports are overblown without additional information. "Who's reporting these things?" he said. "What are the details? Who's telling us that this happening? What are the circumstances?"

By Nancy Levant January 23, 2006 www.americanchronicle.com/articles/viewArticle.asp?articleID=4938Communitarianism is the documented socio-cultural rulebook that defines the new conduct rules and ethics for global citizenship. In other words, it is the human being’s official notice of enforced behaviors and beliefs. You do not have the right to your mind or to your opinions anymore – not without being detrimental to “your community.” In fact, your function as an individual in the world has been eliminated. You are now a pre-defined group entity. Hence, you are a community commodity, and absolutely nothing more.
American-style Communitarianism very specifically defines morality. It defines good conduct, citizenship, ethics, and even religion. It is a master plan born out of George Washington University in Washington D.C, and out of the mind of an Israeli named Werner Falk, who then changed his name to Amitai Etzioni, which in translation means truth tree. How very Kaballah. Let us also keep in mind that another Israeli named Chertoff is the head of American’s Homeland Security. Will coincidences never cease...Niki Raapana and her daughter Nordica Friedrich are the founders of The Anti-Communitarian League. They monitor the Communitarian movement, its leadership, and are the nation’s leading watchdogs of Communitarian political policies and implementation strategies. Raapana and Friedrich state: “Communitarians call the U.S. national system of political and economic freedom, and especially individual liberty, "outdated" (Etzioni 1968). They claim a global perspective is necessary to ensure Americans' peace and safety, and they always present their philosophy as if it is a "fresh perspective." “They emphasize they seek innovative ways to "balance" the ongoing "tension" between Americans' individual liberty and social responsibility. They preach as if their platform is more "moral" than the original American political system of liberty, freedom and equal justice for all under an agreed upon system of protective laws. They sing a soft lullaby for the American ideal of national prosperity and lure American politicians into relinquishing national sovereignty to a modified, "softer" international Marxist system, often called the Third Way (Etzioni 2000, Blair 1993).” Bill and Hillary are Communitarians. Bill ran on a Communitarian platform, if the truth be told. Our current President readily admits to being a Communitarian on national television. Therefore, the study and understanding of Communitarianism, which is an actual political platform and plan for global re-socialization, needs to be rapidly, and I mean super-rapidly understood. Communitarianism is the Constitutional Republic’s replacement. It is the global government’s social requirements and mandates for global behavior and citizenship, and you need to know how it works in tandem with public education, international trade and economics, and governance by multi-national corporations with armies. You need to understand that the World Bank, the World Trade Organization, and the United Nations IS the one-world government. YOU are its Communitarian citizens. Communitarianism mandates “community” living. This is why all new American housing is in the form of planned communities. This is why all planned communities have their own security details called COPS, which stands for Community-Oriented Policing Services. This is why homeowner’s associations have also become the social activities directors for their planned communities. This is why you must now attend mandatory meetings with association personnel prior to moving into planned communities. You are actually being pre-screened and rated for fitness and inclusion into the communities. Communitarianism also mandates volunteerism. This is why your children are being trained in schools to be community volunteers. You will notice that many field trips are now community volunteer projects. You will see volunteerism propaganda in most, if not all, core subject areas. You will also notice that once inside a planned community, you are contacted by clean-up committees, youth program committees, gardening committees, newsletter committees, etc., to participate in community services. This is Communitarian citizenship and groupthink volunteerism in action. Consensus is the Communitarian alternative to voting. Communitarians don’t believe in majority rule because they don’t believe in opinion. Here is an example of how decisions are made by communitarian consensus: Basically, group leaders keep talking and keep convincing until all in a group agree with a pre-defined goal. A small group of leaders decide what is to be accomplished, and then invite members of a community to gatherings to convince the masses that 1) the brilliant idea is actually the brainstorm of the group, and 2) to get consensus on what was already decided by 1, 2, or 3 community leaders who are, in truth, the politically and financially connected. I strongly suggest to you that the politically and financially connected are some of the first homeowners in new communities. These leaders are often connected to the development corporations and/or movers and shakers in the immediate political jurisdictions. Land trust organizations are notorious for their public meetings and get-togethers where they spew environmentalism and love of nature with big, bleached teeth, while intent with pre-planned missions to capture very specific local acreage. The science of convincing and manipulating is called “visioning” or “envisioning.” There are many, many organizations that now train people to “envision” others. Included in these trainings are ways to deal with those who disagree with “the group.” First, envisioners are told to politely explain how the desired goals are good for “the group” or “the community.” Then they are told to enlist other trained envisioners, which are planted in the audience, to stand behind the group leader to try to gain consensus. If all else fails, envisioners are trained to publicly slander their opposition in an attempt to silence them using any and all slander tactics. Pay close attention to the “envisioning” or “vision” groups and missions in your communities. They are Communitarian in action and, no doubt, working to dismantle your local governments while in the process of taking private property for “environmental” or “historical preservation” reasons. Heads up. Tens of millions of American acres have been taken from the American people via rural land trusts organizations and their environmental-Communitarian visions. Add to this Eminent Domain, which was invented for urban property theft. Communitarians claim that traditional religious morality is judgmental and therefore bad for cohesive communities. In other words, too many people believing too many things create individualism. In Communitarian communities, that simply cannot be. Therefore, religious beliefs must serve a singular purpose. Ever so kindly, the U.N., The Nature Conservancy, and the Wildlands Project decided that our new community religion would be to worship an environmental god of sustainability – Gaia. Today, Gaia is taught in the public school system. It is a politically manufactured religion based upon the global-political-corporate demand that people give up all privately owned property, and thereby serve corporate environmentalism, which really means corporate and/or government ownership of all land and watershed systems. Yeah, and I’ve got some swampland to sell you in a U.N. Biosphere Reserve… Communitarianism demands likeness, sameness, consensus, equity, environmental propaganda, and non-thinking. Communitarianism demands that a pre-planned, canned society with ethics and mores are instantly adopted and agreed upon. And social punishments of all makes and sizes are rained down upon individualism, free thinkers, and any who cling to the traditions of the past like, for instance, Christianity or the Constitutional Republic. But the biggest beef I have with Communitarians is this – they are pathological liars. Their entire social-political system is based upon wealth accumulation, corporate power, pathological arrogance – to even dare to redefine humanity – and very devious psychological manipulation (visioning) tactics. And they have infiltrated every social system in America and the rest of the world. We are told that this grand redefining of humanity will end wars, poverty, and violence, and yet it is highly plausible that wars and violence are used by Communitarians to achieve their one-world government. Create havoc and fear, suspend remaining governmental rights, and voila! The door is wide open for a new government to walk in and save the day. The Anti-Communitarian League, which began with a mother and her daughter, is a heroic effort for truthful disclosure and freedom on a grand scale. Their research into the devious and under-the-rocks Communitarian movement is to be praised, financially supported, blessed, and thanked. You will learn more from this website than you can possible imagine, and this I promise: If you take the time to read the reports from the Anti-Communitarian League, you will come away with light bulbs blinking above your heads for the next decade. This site will eliminate more of your societal confusions than most others can possibly attempt to accomplish. Equally, this site demonstrates to a tee why we never, ever, want to devalue, criminalize, or be manipulated from our individualism or our ability to study, think, and report contrary to canned opinions. We have to be able to think outside of the box, which is actually an intellectual and/or pharmaceutical prison. The dangers of Communitarianism are too many. You cannot be or develop into an intelligent, thinking person if you are a group stooge. You cannot follow in the ways of your Creator if you are incapable of creative thinking. You must understand that Communitarianism was developed to create one-think citizens – ones who own no property, have few rights, and must think, speak, and act according to a pre and elite-defined rulebook of ethics and beliefs. Between the new communities, their individual police forces, and the small box of politically manipulated correctness that we now adhere to, Communitarianism, with its web thrown over all our social systems (and showing its true colors), is rapidly manifesting into physical and intellectual slavery. Think while you still can before mesmerized groups do your thinking for you. World-speak and think is upon you.

Halliburton gets contract for Homeland concentration camps
Are you ready for "emergency detention" after the next nuke or HAARPicaine? Dick Cheney's cronies at Halliburton are.
From CBS Marketwatch via LibertyForum.org January 24, 2006:
"SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- KBR, the engineering and construction subsidiary of Halliburton Co. (HAL) , said Tuesday it has been awarded a contingency contract from the Department of Homeland Security to support its Immigration and Customs Enforcement facilities in the event of an emergency. The maximum total value of the contract is $385 million and consists of a 1-year base period with four 1-year options. KBR held the previous ICE contract from 2000 through 2005. The contract, which is effective immediately, provides for establishing temporary detention and processing capabilities to expand existing ICE Detention and Removal Operations Program facilities in the event of an emergency influx of immigrants into the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs, KBR said. The contract may also provide migrant detention support to other government organizations in the event of an immigration emergency, as well as the development of a plan to react to a national emergency, such as a natural disaster, the company said.

Halliburton building U.S. concentration camps [You're only upset about this because you've done something Wrong.]
The Bush administration's Homeland Security Department has given an open-ended contract worth $385 million dollars to Halliburton's KBR division ... to build U.S. prisons for immigrants and disaster victims.
"The contract, which is effective immediately, provides for establishing temporary detention and processing capabilities to augment existing Immigration and Customs Enforcement Detention and Removal Operations Program facilities in the event of an emergency influx of immigrants into the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs," Halliburton announced in a Jan. 24 press release.
Just what sort of "new programs" would require jailing immigrants and disaster victims has not been made public.
But in 2002, attorney general John Ashcroft announced his intention to build "enemy combatant" camps for U.S. citizens.
"Ashcroft's plan, disclosed last week but little publicized, would allow him to order the indefinite incarceration of U.S. citizens and summarily strip them of their constitutional rights and access to the courts by declaring them enemy combatants," the Los Angeles Times reported.
"The contract may also provide migrant detention support to other U.S. Government organizations in the event of an immigration emergency, as well as the development of a plan to react to a national emergency, such as a natural disaster. In the event of a natural disaster, the contractor could be tasked with providing housing for ICE personnel performing law enforcement functions in support of relief efforts."
The location of the new prisons is a secret.
"If, for example, there were some sort of upheaval in another country that would cause mass migration, that's the type of situation that this contract would address," Jamie Zuieback of U.S. Immigration and Customs told the San Bernardino Sun.
Halliburton, which was run by Dick Cheney until he became vice president in 2001, has earned billions through contracts awarded by the White House. The company's no-bid contracts in Iraq and in hurricane-torn Louisiana have been attacked by the Government Accountability Office.
The company has been repeatedly caught overcharging the government, doing shoddy work and even feeding rotten food to U.S. troops in Iraq.

SEATTLE POST-INTELLIGENCER seattlepi.nwsource.com/national/1152AP_Cyber_Storm.htmlFriday, February 10, 2006 · Last updated 1:30 p.m. PT U.S. concludes 'Cyber Storm' mock attacks By TED BRIDIS ASSOCIATED PRESS WRITER WASHINGTON -- The government concluded its "Cyber Storm" wargame Friday, its biggest-ever exercise to test how it would respond to devastating attacks over the Internet from anti-globalization activists, underground hackers and bloggers. Bloggers? Participants confirmed parts of the worldwide simulation challenged government officials and industry executives to respond to deliberate misinformation campaigns and activist calls by Internet bloggers, online diarists whose "Web logs" include political rantings and musings about current events. The Internet survived, even against fictional abuses against the world's computers on a scale typical for Fox's popular "24" television series. Experts depicted hackers who shut down electricity in 10 states, failures in vital systems for online banking and retail sales, infected discs mistakenly distributed by commercial software companies and critical flaws discovered in core Internet technology. Some mock attacks were aimed at causing a "significant cyber disruption" that could seriously damage energy, transportation and health care industries and undermine public confidence, said George Foresman, an undersecretary at the Homeland Security Department. There was no impact on the real Internet during the weeklong exercise. Government officials from the United States, Canada, Australia and England and executives from Microsoft, Cisco, Verisign and others said they were careful to simulate attacks only using isolated computers, working from basement offices at the Secret Services headquarters in downtown Washington. The Homeland Security Department promised a full report on results from the exercise by summer. Foresman likened his agency's role during any Internet attack to an orchestra conductor, coordinating responses from law enforcement, intelligence agencies, the military and private firms. The government's goal is a "symphony of preparedness," Foresman said. Homeland Security coordinated the exercise. More than 115 government agencies, companies and organizations participated. They included the White House National Security Council, Justice Department, Defense Department, State Department, National Security Agency and CIA, which conducted its own cybersecurity exercise called "Silent Horizon" last May. An earlier cyberterrorism exercise called "Livewire" for Homeland Security and other federal agencies concluded there were serious questions over government's role during a cyberattack depending on who was identified as the culprit - terrorists, a foreign government or bored teenagers. It also questioned whether the U.S. government would be able to detect the early stages of such an attack without significant help from private technology companies.

Hacker fights US extradition www.computing.co.uk/computing/news/2150315/hacker-fights-extraditionBritish Nasa hacker requests trial in UK Daniel Thomas, Computing 15 Feb 2006 A British hacker accused by the US government of the 'biggest military hack of all time' resumed his fight against extradition yesterday. Gary McKinnon, aged 40, could face 60 years in prison if extradited to the US and found guilty of hacking into 97 US government computers, used Nasa, the Pentagon and the US army, navy and airforce. It is alleged that the self-taught computer enthusiast from Wood Green, North London caused $700,000 (£370,000) worth of damage to US military computer networks, between February 2001 and March 2002. Speaking to Computing at Bow Street Magistrates' Court yesterday, McKinnon said he hoped the protracted two-year extradition proceedings would be concluded this week. McKinnon also denies allegations that he crippled computer systems at a US naval base in the wake of the September 11 attacks or intentionally caused damage to any US military machines (Computing, 4 August). He says he hacked into computers to try and find information about UFOs. But US prosecutors say McKinnon posted a message on one computer he hacked, saying: 'US foreign policy is akin to government-sponsored terrorism these days. I am Solo. I will continue to disrupt at the highest levels.' McKinnon's biggest concern is that if he is extradited U.S. President George W. Bush could enact Military Order No. 1 against him, meaning he could be detained indefinitely or face trial by military commission. In court yesterday, defence lawyer Edmund Lawson said he found it hard to believe that McKinnon could be responsible of state intimidation and coercion. 'It is hard to believe that a one 'O' level, self trained computer enthusiast could be capable of intimidation and coercion,' he said. District Judge Nicholas Evans will hear more expert witness comment from human rights lawyer Clive Stafford-Smith, who has been involved in Guantanamo Bay detainee extradition cases, before arriving at his decision.

So, let's see what we've got: when Plame was outed by Cheney's office she was working on the Iran file, tracking WMD technologies; the congressional probe into NSA spying will likely now be dropped; new photos of Abu Ghraib frat pranks have filtered out; an Ohio Republican county commissioner has been charged with the attempted abduction of a 14-year old ("come here, little girl"), and Democratic senate hopeful Paul Hackett has been pressured by his party to drop out of a race the popular Iraq war vet could probably win to ensure a slot for a career politician who probably won't.
What's missing? Oh yeah: Harry Whittington has a pellet in his liver, now too, as well as in his heart (though he's said to be doing "extremely well"); Dick Cheney admits to drinking; and the ballistics just don't make sense at the reported distance of 30 yards.
Anything else? Just everything. Everything touched by the fallen angel of the American republic has become a farce, begetting tragedy. It's why The Daily Show has become the premier news program in the United States, because citizen/viewers are permitted to laugh at their condition, but powerless to do anything to change it.
It seems a defining characteristic of the present hegemon that if they deny it, it must be true. Should Bush ever deny having danced the hokey pokey with Jack Abramoff, the next week we'll see the pictures of the two in the Oval Office, shaking it all about.
Many Democrats, bless their blinkered souls, thinks all this means they're winning. That historic low poll numbers for Bush will translate into great gains next Fall and a sure victory for a safe, DLC candidate in 2008. They think, if they can't impeach the President for taking the country to war on a lie or the de facto President for Plame, then surely to God Cheney will be forced to resign for shooting a man.
As if. He's not going anywhere unless the "Lord calls him home" - whoever, and wherever, that may be for Dick Cheney - because even though Life Goes On for most people as if it isn't really happening, the Big Show with Iran is just ramping up. So Dick won't be leaving just yet.
It's wrong, I think, to call what's coming the "War with Iran," when actually it's just another campaign in the Long War that's intended to survive us, and walk the world through its greatest crisis of conflict and resolution. This is spelled out clearer than ever in the Pentagon's latest Quadrennial Defense Review, a .pdf of which can be read here. (See also this thread on the RI discussion board.)
As Bill van Auken notes, the language has been massaged so the enemy is no longer identified as "terrorists" but as "extremists" or "violent extremists." US forces are transitioning from "battle-ready" to "battle-hardened" to meet the "new strategic environment" in which the United States will not only be going to war with nations, but also "conducting war in countries we are not at war with." The Pentagon also intends to "provide US NORTHCOM with authority to stage forces and equipment domestically prior to potential incidents when possible."
How long has it been since you watched Starship Troopers? Perhaps you should again. I caught some of it last week on television, and I was surprised at how reality has outpaced it. I don't mean the space travel and the giant bugs; I mean the abandonment of democracy and dutiful dissent and the remodeling of America into a martial society. The bugs, of course, were never bugs anyway. They're the eternal, dehumanized other that needs only extermination. (The original title of 2002's giant spider movie Eight Legged Freaks was "Arac Attack.")
Paul Verhoeven's film is smart enough to satirize Robert Heinlein's rather straight-ahead authoritarianism (for instance, citizenship is a privilege of those who sign up for "federal service"), though satire seems a hard thing to grok for those who were disgusted by the story of "Hitler Youth in love."
Besides expounding principles of governance which could arguably be described as fascist, Heinlein was also - again, arguably - a student of the occult, and a familiar of the principals of the Babalon Working: Jack Parsons, L Ron Hubbard and "the Scarlet Woman," Marjorie Cameron.
In the 1993 the essay Whence Came the Stranger: Tracking the Metapattern of Stranger in a Strange Land, "Adam Walks Between Worlds" writes
Cameron and others recall that Heinlein and Parsons were quite close friends. They may have met at the Los Angeles Science Fiction Fan club wich maintained a reading room -- they were certainly seen there together. It was also common for science fiction authors to tour the Pasadena-based Jet Propulsion Laboratories that Parsons co-founded. Heinlein was particularly avid in availing himself of such tours. He used to take years off to study advances in science and often wrote glowing of NASA. So here was Parsons, the wunderkind of the rocket scientist community while Heinlein was its chief PR man and visionary. Space travel was both men's passion and livelihood. They had much in common, including their friendship with L. Ron Hubbard, who must have mentioned one to the other. Heinlein lived within driving distance of Agape Lodge which often performed the Gnostic Mass and, judging from Stranger and other writings, Heinlein was quite familiar with the ritual.
While doing his "federal service" Hubbard wrote a novel that virtually prefigures The Turner Diaries entitled Final Blackout. Published in 1940 and "generally considered Hubbard's best science fiction novel," Final Blackout is described by an Amazon reviewer as "an adventure story written for fascists, by a fascist":
Here's the set-up: a world war, started by weak, democratically elected elitists, has been dragging on for decades. A courageous soldier known simply as "The Lieutenant" overthrows the corrupt military power structure and takes matters into his own hands. He defeats all challengers and installs himself as a military dictator, bringing peace and prosperity to war-ravaged Britain. This new regime's torture and execution of dissidents is mentioned only in passing -- but I guess you can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.
It's not just science fiction, but the para-science of UFO research that finds itself triangulated with the occult and the far right. In Messengers of Deception, Jacques Vallee catalogues contactee themes such as intellectual abdication, racism and social engineering that support Paris Flammonde's observation that "a great many of the contactees purvey philosophies which are tinged, if not tainted, with totalitarian overtones."
In an interview six weeks before 9/11, Bob Dylan said "We are living in a science-fiction world where Disney and Disney's science-fiction have won. This is the real world. Science-fiction has become the real world, whether we realize it or not."
That's true, even though we're not fighting the giant bugs yet. It's true, because enough people have been made to see no difference, and we who do are now the "extremists."

Security Officers Overstep in Maryland Library Incident Two county security officers, who wore hats identifying them as Homeland Security guards, have been reassigned after they intervened in a patron’s internet session at the Little Falls branch of the Montgomery County Public Library in Bethesda, Maryland. While on routine patrol at the library February 9, a veteran security guard and an officer trainee noticed a man viewing what they believed to be pornography on a library computer and asked him to step outside to discuss the matter, the Washington Post reported February 17. They then announced to patrons using the computers that looking at porn violated the county’s sexual harassment policy. At that point, library staffers intervened and called the county police department. “An officer did respond, and after discussion, it was determined that the actions of the security guards were not appropriate,” police spokeswoman Lucille Bauer told reporters. The library patron was allowed to return to his internet session. Montgomery County Chief Administrative Officer Bruce F. Romer issued a statement February 17 that called the incident “unfortunate” and “regrettable.” He said the county has taken the two officers off patrol and will retrain them “so that they fully understand library policy and its consistency with residents’ First Amendment rights under the U.S. Constitution.” MCPL Collection Management Chief Kay Ecelbarger told American Libraries that the incident was “atypical,” and that the library would be participating in retraining the security guards in “library intellectual freedom issues.” She added that while the media had identified the guards as Homeland Security officers, they really are the same county employees who have always been charged with public building security, although “they’ve had a broader mandate in recent years.” Posted February 17, 2006. www.ala.org/al_onlineTemplate.cfm?Section=alonline&template=/ContentManagement/ContentDisplay.cfm&ContentID=116848

PRAVDA There is no war on terrorism 16.02.2006 english.pravda.ru/opinion/columnists/76020-terorrism-0All the stories we see in the TV news, print and Internet media today are like mice in a small room occupied by a grizzly bear. We can see the bear, hear him panting and growling as he attempts to stomp on us, but everyone pretends he's just not there, even though he's eating all the food and we mice are starving. The bear is the U.S. government and media cover up of the 9/11 attacks. They never came close to proving that foreign "terrorists" were involved. Of all four missing planes' passenger manifests, not one Middle Easterner was on any of them. A jihadist who is bravely going to his death for the sake of his beliefs in Allah and Islam is a martyr and wants the whole world to know it. Martyr's families receive reverential praise and support in their communities for decades. Yet not one of the "terrorists" the American government insists were on the aircraft used their real names or were listed on the passenger lists. At least seven of the nineteen 'hijackers' are still alive. The 9/11 attacks were created for justification of U.S. covert plans to grab influence over oil politics in the Middle East and as an excuse to take away the rest of Americans' liberties through a manufactured threat-scenario called, "The War On Terror." What good are all the thousands of articles about politics, global warming, education, scandals, religion, economics and how we must always go out and vote so that we can "make a difference"? If our votes really did make a difference, they'd be illegal. Who cares about such articles when the cover up of what really happened on 9/11 is hands-off, an untouchable leper? What good are they when in the name of a phony "terrorist attack," our way of life no longer exists except at the pleasure of corporate-driven federal socialists? We are being starved of our liberties by a ursus horribulus that stomps every mouse who dares get in his way or mention that he's there. I see a lot of authors write all around the grizzly bear, almost approaching the truth, but none seem to have the conviction to call for an open door to run the bear out of the house. Our Founding Fathers would have made a bearskin rug. I will tell you here and tell you now with no equivocation: THE 9/11 ATTACKS WERE NOT DONE BY TERRORISTS. There is absolutely no need for the PATRIOT Act, the FEMA Police, Homeland Security, airline and stadium searches and warrantless monitoring of every phone call and e-mail conversation we make. In the name of a false threat that never existed, all of our rights and freedoms have been trivialized. Every branch of federal government has been suborned, including the U.S. Supreme Court, whose judicial activists invent law and have recently canceled our rights to own property, in Kelo v. City of New London, making eminent-domain confiscations of our homes to increase politicians' tax profits 'constitutional.' Central government today is one-hundred times worse than under George III, yet how many Americans can see this? Perhaps most don't want to see it, because it might compel them to drop their precious remote controls. There is no war on terror If there was, the whole nation would be told to take up arms. Everybody would be armed, even on aircraft. Inexpensive AK47's would be stored in every closet, much like arms are stored in homes all over Switzerland because the Swiss government has nothing to fear from its populace. There is only a war against our freedom in the name of a created threat that doesn't exist. We have been duped into surrendering our liberty in the false name of security by a government that sends us out into the "War On Terror" unarmed because we cannot be trusted with guns. The most basic of all rights is the right of self defense against criminal attacks. A great equalizer between the weak and the strong, guns in the hands of women could reduce assaults upon them by stronger male attackers by 80%. How can it be said that women have equal rights if they cannot carry, yet Diane Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, Hillary Clinton and Laura Bush all hide behind guns for their protection because they're much more important than our wives, sisters and daughters? Again, the only 'war' is on our freedoms. People are so used to being indoctrinated by government that they have actually been convinced to ignore their own eyes. Everyone who saw the videos of the World Trade Center Towers saw them fall exactly like other high-rise buildings that were dropped by sequential demolition charges, at the speed of gravity because there was no structural resistance below to impede their collapse into their basement footprints. Yet almost every viewer has been convinced by the lap-dog media that measly jet-fuel fires could melt the massive steel girders of both buildings, then make everything collapse. Just like a pilot's foot pedals could make a passenger jet burst into flames, then crash in Rockaway, NY. Apparently the federal government has learned that the public will buy any lie, no matter how absurd, if it's repeated often enough. There were dozens and dozens of reports by rescue workers on the ground at the WTC complex that heard explosions over an hour after the planes crashed into the towers. They felt explosions under their feet that were so powerful that seismographs registered them at 2.1 and 2.3 on the Richter scale. Only explosions could have caused them. The weekend before the 9/11 WTC demolition, all power was shut down to install "computer cables." No one was allowed inside and all security cameras and alarms had no power for 30 hours. Computer cables don't connect with building electricity, so the need to turn off and close both towers to do so is indicative of another motive, like planting charges without alarms and video surveillance. Marvin Bush, brother to President George and Jeb, was a principal in Securacom, which was in charge of security for the World Trade Center. Didn't hear that on the TV news, did you? Suckers who still buy into the monumental lie that aircraft crashes caused the collapse of both WTC Towers, cannot explain how a steel beam weighing twice as much as a Boeing 767 flew from one WTC building over 390 feet to bury itself very deeply into the neighboring American Express building. Even harder to explain is why WTC Building 7, a block away, collapsed "because of fire," when it received no damage from the Twin Towers' collapse. No other skyscraper in the world ever collapsed because of a fire of any type, including that from a B25 bomber crashing into the Empire State Building decades ago. Of all the air crashes in the USA over the past three decades, how many ground crashes resulted in not recovering their black boxes, containing pilots' voices (CVR's) and aircraft telemetries (FDR's) before and during impact? Yet not one usable black box was ever recovered from any of the four planes that reputedly were hijacked on 9/11. Not one. Flight 93 that contained the "Let's roll!" myth, where four passengers supposedly tried to overpower the hijackers, did not crash into one small area like it should have. It's debris was spread over 8 miles, indicating that it was shot down by a military fighter jet, exploding in the sky and raining down debris over eight miles, "like confetti." The WTC was the biggest crime, mass murder, 'hijackings' and air crashes in US history. Yet all the forensic evidence was immediately removed, buried or shipped to smelters so that not one investigator from any agency could inspect it. Who has that kind of power? President Bush and all his staff swore to God to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America , then apparently went on to violate their oaths of office by completely ignoring the Constitution. Bush maintains that he can ignore the U.S. Constitution and tap into private computers, phone lines, medical records and any other private citizens' data whenever he wants, by his self-declared doctrine of "Unitary Executive.” He claims that as Commander-In-Chief the president is the sole judge of the law, is unbound by the Geneva Conventions against torture and possesses inherent authority to subordinate the entire government to his rule - including Congress and the courts. Bush also originated "Extraordinary Rendition.” This program, also condoned by Vice President Dick Cheney, involves the clandestine transfer of suspected terrorists to countries ruled by regimes that torture and commit other forms of cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment. Dr. William F. Schulz, executive director of Amnesty International USA, referring to a set of CIA flight logs obtained by his organization, said the logs were “...irrefutable proof that the United States is ‘disappearing’ people into secret facilities where they are held incommunicado without charge, trial, or access to the outside world.” The American Reichstag Fire of the 9/11 "terrorist attacks" was created so that the American public would back the invasions of Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Iran in the name of "The War On Terror," while stripping away the rights of the same American public. The results have been the same as in Nazi Germany, suspensions of freedom of speech, freedom of assembly and private ownership of property. Citizens are forbidden to own the same weapons that their "servants," their police and military, carry to defend themselves. There is literally more freedom in most Third-World countries than now in the USA, which has ten times the per-capita prison population than the People's Republic of China. Alexis de Tocqueville wisely observed, “I know of no country in which there is so little independence of mind and real freedom of discussion as in America.” The 'War On Terror' is a sham to enable U.S. power to confiscate, to torture, to imprison without due process and to invade any country that the military-industrial complex fancies. When God was kicked out of public life, we know who stepped in. Where are the cries for impeachment? Where are the defenders of liberty? None of them seem to work in the broadcast or print media. When are citizens going to demand that the cover up of 9/11 be kicked out the door along with the people who invented it? When will the truth be told, that THERE IS NO WAR ON TERROR, but only on oil and on citizens' rights? The bear is there, but where are the mice with the courage to force him out the door? Jack Duggan

via: Boing Boing Link (via Why, That's Delightful!) users.livejournal.com/tao_/ Florida cops threaten people who ask for complaint forms A CBS undercover reporting team went into 38 police stations in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties in Florida, asking for a set of forms they could use to complain about inappropriate police behavior. In all but three of the stations, the police refused to give them forms. Some of the cops threatened them (on hidden camera, no less) -- one of them even touched his gun. officer: Where do you live? Where do you live? You have to tell me where you live, what your name is, or anything like that. tester: For a complaint? I mean, like, if I have -- officer: Are you on medications? tester: Why would you ask me something like that? officer: Because you're not answering any of my questions. tester: Am I on medications? officer: I asked you. It's a free country. I can ask you that. tester: Okay, you're right. officer: So you're not going to tell me who you are, you're not going to tell me what the problem is.You're not going to identify yourself. tester: All I asked you was, like, how do I contact -- officer: You said you have a complaint. You say my officers are acting in an inappropriate manner. officer: So leave now. Leave now. Leave now.
