This is a CHEROKEE all-female trio, consisting of mother (RITA COOLIDGE), daughter (PRISCILLA COOLIDGE), and aunt (LAUREA SATTERFIELD).
RITA, as the eldest of the trio, had a moderately successful solo career before receiving a SHAMAN's blessing, and forming this group with her closest relatives.
Their music consists of traditional CHEROKEE and other NATIVE tribal songs and chants, all with a modern (light jazz) twist.
They are premiere artists of the NATIVE AMERICAN world, very spiritual and socially conscious, and are widely known for doing benefit shows in the name of various NATIVE causes.
