A new Threat- Mos Def
2.5/5
I don't know what he was thinking. This shit is ill, no doubt, but its not my style and frankly, not his. Yeh, its rap, but I don't see it musically as hip hop. Culturally, yes, but musically its weak rock. Maybe it'll grow on me, but Im only feeling it to a certain extent. Def is a raw MC and he doesn't get to showcase his skills here. If you like Ghetto Rock and could listen to a full CD of the same, check this out.
Sabacolypse - Sabac
4/5
This, being some revolutionary type shit, is automatically cool with me. Sabac is lyrically nice, his beats are nice, his guest spots are nice and he has the real hip hop feel about the cd. He's not Immortal Tech, but this CD is pretty nice. Buy this.

That Andre 3000 I liked from the beginning, but I can definitey see how they're comperable.
As for Let the Sun Shine, that joint is ill. Period.
