Well, this is more of an account. I'll review after I let it sink in a bit.
As requested. 3/19/05 at Clark Atlanta University
Man, where to start. Guess I'll start with the parties involved. CAU Student Associaton or something, NOI (obviously), some local guy named N'cobra, and the New Black Panther Party (NBPP). The NOI was in full effect with suits and bowties on the men and the robes on the women. The Panthers were in miltaristic garb with black vests and black military cargo pants. There was a group of women there in blue and red uniforms. I assume they're NOI, but not sure. They wore read gloves and red shoes, blue robes with red trim and blue caps with visors on them. The meeting started with a pretty good donation gathering which made me a tad cynical, but I gave a buck and they got started soon enough. Anyways, Farrakhan was soon introduced by a member of the NBPP who proceeded to warn any potential assassins (they were serious about security) of the consequences of any foolishness. He said that the Brian Nicoles incident would look like childplay if anyone layed a hand on Farrakhan. "All this will go up in smoke", he said gesturing to the crowd. Don't remember what else he said, but Farrakhan got a HUGE standing ovation when he took the stage.
Anyways, now for the content. Farrakhan spoke on the current college system and how that it was essentially a form of slavery leaving you in debt just to get educated. From there he talked about the worthlessness of the various degrees and how they want to shift blacks towards certain things. Then he started dropping REAL knowledge.
Three sciences they won't teach blacks.
A. Business.
Not, the art of business, but the SCIENCE of business which can be called the science. Every living thing on the planet save the black man can feed itself, clothe itself if neccessary, build a home, etc. However, the black man in America begs whites for jobs. That's the science of business. You need to be able to provide a service for people to actually BUY your service, but blacks can't provide food clothing and shelter for self, let alone others.
B. Warfare
Every living thing knows its enemy and can defend against it. You know where that's headed. However, as Farrakhan would say, he put it skillfully. He spoke on how they don't teach of the black and colored generals and warriors such as Hannibal, Ghengis Khan, and that Haitian guy that beat the shit out of Napolean. Better believe the military studies them, but the schools won't educate us. Then, besides the inability to FIGHT our enemy, we don't even KNOW the enemy. He gave the story of his pets out on the farm. At a young age, the kitten would be ready to fight an approaching dog because it new its natural enemy. The black cmmunity however, will accept its enemy, despite history and life experience pointing out the obvious.
C. Mating
Whites go about that shit scientifically. No coincidence that Kerry married Heinz for example. They breed horses and dogs and aristocracies. They mate from the neck up. Blacks however, from the waist down.
After this, his next big topic was science vs religion. This was interesting. I didn't expect to hear this from Farrakhan. Basically, he cut down all mystical elements in religion. According to him, the universe and everything in it is a mathematical and scientific creation, hence the need to learn various sciences (not the one's referred to above). The fact that scientists and mathematicians build civilizations means that those who understand those sciences control the PEOPLE in those civilizations. Now, he goes on to state flat out that when science and religion are in conflict, that science is not wrong and that the religion needs to be reexamined to be reconciled with science. Now where does this leave religion? Farrakhan asks if he believes in evolution or creationism. He pauses. Now, I'm waiting for the answer, mad shocked that he even asked. The answer was "Both.". Farrakhan went on to state that science is the process through which God works. People, especially those at theological cemetaries (ceminaries), need to look at the scriptures as supreme science as opposed to superstition. He breaks down how "lord" in arabic is "rrrsomethingorother" and should be viewed as indicative of his role of evolving. Basically, the entire univerese is based on an evolutionary porecess as that is God's method.
Last major topic was Islam vs Christianity. Basically, his point was that he doesn't hate JESUS (and that every muslim loves Jesus), but that he hates whats been done in his name. Christians that preach how Islam is a violent religion are hypocritical for obvious reasons. I dont need to explain Farrakhans view on that. He then went to explain how he preaches in churches on Sundays and that if he was trying to knock Christianity, that he wouldn't be allowed in churches. Basically, his main point was that the religions were similar, but that certain parties had done wrong in the name of Christianity.
There was more to the speech, but those were the main points made.
