i looked into it heavy about 3 years ago
they look like they took some tai chi preactices and emphasised certain exercises and poses
a written philosophy developed to accompany it
heavily based on meditation
like a militant form of inaction as an approach to the current situation on the planet
an interesting contrast to other popular practices
ill give it a 7.5/10 as far as practices go (from what i know)

From what I am told its an absolute load of shit cloaking political agendas.
My Kung Fu teacher said it was all bs and not even close to authentic Chi Kung. One lady in my class had also been into it before coming to my teacher and said it was like a cult and she experienced no health or otherwise benefits from the practice.
They also teach about a second life on another planet when they aren't bad mouthing the government.
The woman in my class who did it said they get you to buy books by this guy (scientology like) and the depth of the chi kung is like 'visualizing a wheel in your abdomen circulating 36 times clock wise and then anti clockwise.'
I have seen people doing it also. Although I haven't done it judging from what I have seen and heard its total rubbish.
