-the greatest achievement of the 'past' civilization was the pyramids
-the pyramids seem to correspond to orions belt
-it is possible that the technology used to build the pyramids was nothing more than patience
-perhaps one of the things that baffles modern man regarding the pyramids is that he would not know how to build them quickly
-the pyramid is the most durable geometric shape - it takes a form similar to a mound of sand being poured on to the ground
-it is possible that the biggest achievement of the current civilization is the wall
-the wall presents the ability to hide things
-the wall also presents varying degrees of shelter
-if you combine a wall and a pyramid you get a mountain
-if you combine two mountains together - you get a valley in between the two mountains
-this technology seems to be a key and cannot be underestimated
-with a valley man has many options
-similar to the revelation that led to the bucket or bowl - the construction of something that - due to its emptiness - could be filled with something useful - the valley may (have) present(ed) man with all the technology necessary for long term survival on planet earth
-the idea of the valley can be said to be the key behind irrigation - the technology thru which man has made dry lands productive
-irrigation can be called the hollowing out of land - the formation of a valley thru which water can be led to a destination
-similarly - man can take a hollowed out area and fill it with fertile soil - and lead irrigation to it - thereby making completely unfertile lands suddenly fertile
-perhaps the most significant of all technologies related to the formation of a valley is the boat
-in legend - the boat is said to have been the means by which man was able to survive
-possible future uses of this technology -
-as a society of this planet earth - the one thing we have not yet been able to do (in our recorded history) is control the weather
-we have noticed - however - that we can (inadvertently) affect the weather (pollution)
- i propose that the only thing stopping man from becoming immune to the weather is a lack of patience and diligence
-i see two viable ways by which man can assure some degree of longevity on this planet - neither of which require a great degree of sophistication - both requiring nothing more than effort
1
to create a mountain range high enough that forces of weather can be irrigated to the same degree that we can irrigate water
2
the construction of HUGE motherfuckin boats - yes - thats right - going all the way back to the arc
it is time to get old school on these snakes
i hope you enjoyed reading
and
i hope this looks like something slightly more than bad science fiction
but only slightly
until next time
or
until i can think of some more implications of this
