I would love to get my hands on this work.
A Few questions though?
- Is this a scientific or more spiritual approach to their dietary regimes or perhaps both?
- Is this solely a cookbook or an instructive work as well?
- The website you referred to states that the Kemetic diet advocates Vegetarianism. I know I studied before how the Kemetians would occasionally consume animal flesh. Can you provide some insight on this?

Independent of my post above, I never use the cookbook myself as my culinary skills are not as developed.
However, I do own a book called the "Back to Eden Cookbook" comprised by the infamous Jethro Kloss and his relatives.
