PEaCE yall
got some MH Hemp seeds today.... DELICIOUS
put em on top of a spinach salad... they were good bythemselves too... any suggestions on how to use them? we got some yogurt to put it in... and im lookin forward to trying Civil's shake recipe, but any other ideas?
yo Blind... if you cant get your hands on em for under ten bucks... hit me up... the 8 ounce bag was 7 bucks for me... so i could probably snail mail it to you for around 9... just lemmie know

i can't think of a situation where i tried them and they weren't good
just be sure not to cook or heat them
they're bangin in yogurt
fresh fruit
fish
but they taste so good i usually eat them plain
i actually get cravings for them

I use my hemp seeds on avocado sandwiches, stewed/boiled vegetables, whole wheat burritos, green leafy salads, whole grain cereal, sauces, shakes and plain seeds as a snack. Be on the lookout for a few recipes of mine.
The good thing is that you can put the seeds in virtually anything as they do not really affect the taste of whatever it is you are eating. Last night I even had them in my tomato juice and boiled vegetables.
Yeah, pay heed to what LIGHT stated... do not heat the seeds above 118F. By the way, I am glad Manitoba Harvest products can be found in the states.
