hmmm
i guess you could say that my body is not as motivated as my mind is
i find the yang-type foods - particularly garlic - to be useful in helping my mind and body get more together
plus for years my digestion was not good and garlic has been very helpful with that
i also find radishes useful

I am not a fan of YANG foods. I noticed that I can manifest both attributes at a given time in a given situation.

i am not a fan either
but i find that if there is something that i feel 'socially obligated' to do
then a dose of yang food helps me turn from a puddle of water to a stream of water
or something like that
