How do you like them? I have been experiencing with a potent probiotic supplement called "BIO-K". I like it so far. The only thing is that usually probiotic supplements are usually derived from and replicated from healthy human guts. PEACE

PEACE i have tried a few probiotic supplements before they were alright my favorite one was a juice that you would drink after eating composed of a variety of fermented foods similar to these: www.grainfieldsaustralia.com/CA/EN/products/lactobacillus_liquid.shtmlthe only probiotics i take now is kefir which i make on my own (actually the bacteria makes it - i just drink it) last i read there were over 40 different cultures of bacteria in a kefir grain the guts love it! PEACE

Yeah... Like I said, I use Bio-K products. I really like them; they're like yogurt but with much higher concentrations of live cultures. Here is their website: www.biokplus.comI've never seen those probiotic drinks you were talking about around my way. They seem good, though. PEACE

PEACE yeah - isnt that sorta like a digestive enzyme that you take before meals? probiotics definitely help the skin - all excretory systems are aided by probiotics actually pretty much every body system is affected as digestion becomes easier PEACE

Definitely!
PREbiotics is basically fuel for PRObiotics. Probiotics are live bacterial cultures whereas Prebiotics is their food. PREbiotics are sugars which are so called FRUCTOOLIGOSACHARIDES (FOS). The bacteria loves it, FOS helps it repopulate in the gut. When supplementing with Probiotics, it is important to incorporate FOS in the diet. Sources include bananas, onion and garlic (I get mine from bananas).
Do you supplement on a daily basis?
PEACE
