Lift weights, eat lots of good (rice, wheat bread or better, potatoes etc.) carbs, a daily protein shake, veggies & fruits and take a daily vitamin and herb supplement.

are you speaking on my eating lifestyle? if so, its mainly regular. im just looking 2 gain more mass, and do a little lifting nothing serious or extreme. how active are you generally? if you are going to be mostly lifting weights only but dont do much other exercises (walking / jogging etc) then it would be good to increase the protein in the diet cultured milk products like cottage cheese are excellent for this (the non-salted kind - and without anything added if you can get it) also like U7 said - protein powders can be good for this also consuming more protein in the form of nuts and seeds - almonds seem to be particularly dense in protein as far as meat goes - fish (particularly raw fish - like sushi and sashimi) seems to be the most easily digestible and usable form of protein if you are going to become more active in general it would be wise to increase your intake of good carbohydrates as well like U7 said beans can also be good for this as well
