Anyone else here run into it? AFAIK, the link in my sig is STILL not done. Im bout to cop a proboard and do the damn thing myself. That shit is ridiculous. Probably a good thing he's not invlved, because if this is his work ethic, Id hate to see what happens if we attract attention. Id hate to catch an RTF and have this fool snitch or something.
Just the other day I had to hijack ANOTHER operation. This guy was running a game clan. Not just a random clan, but we were playing for money. The head of the clan wasnt about shit and the guy with the money wsnt either. The money man left, the leader disappeared and we were basically inactive. I said "Fuck it" and just took the whole operation.
That got me to thinking. Is centralized leadershipa good thing? IMO, an organization should be 100% autonomous. Each person shoud have a task to do and someone should be on hand to replace them. If thinsg revolve around 1 person, that can kill everything right there.
