i just bought some raw milk - but later notice a disturbing warning on the label that says something like "may contain disease causing microorganisms"
i'm about to hit up this site

excuse me - its whole milk i bought - i don't know if there is any difference as of yet

yeah no doubt. i've had raw milk couple of times before when i was a kid but never bought just on the farm. i dont know if i would completely trust the raw milk if you dont know where it came from.
i've read many things about the benefits of raw milk. in enzyme nutrition the author breaks down how raw milk has bio enzymes which are extremely beneficial. folks cured disease with raw milk diets and fasts.
this is the thing tho, it always is an uncertainty to be drinking raw milk unless you know the farmer yourself.
if it's the colostrum you want it's better to get it in supplemental form and eat lots of raw fruit fruit for the enzymes immuno boosters and all other goodies...
