Edit:
My post was probably off topic, and it may be just a coincidence of sorts that you posted this thread today. Anyway, I posted some of the info that was here in a new thread.

I am going to have to do the research regarding the links you put up before i judge, but I think you are making a big jump, to interpret that much meaning in the watter in the song.
Seemes a little overly sophistacated for a Army of the Pharoghs song, as most of their shit is emphaticaly dark, in the negitve sence.
My understanding of the verce is that one rapper is horfified by violence so, he textmessages God, and concludes that God doesnt take texts, and Jus Allah responds, not as God, but as a comrad of the fist rapper, saying that the violence is not that big a deal, just a mop spilling in the scheme of things, so it is more code jibberish than subliminal messages.
That to me seems more plausible than your interpretation, no offence, especially since if they are masons, glorifing murdur would be out of charachter.
And after all, this is not an aberation in rap music, to be talking about genocide, take for instance, "bank highst at katmandu it was a slaughter, when buddah died, it rained tea instead of water" from warcloud, and "i bomb atomicly", and Masta killah's Made in Broklyn where it says, "god is the killer. He out killed hitler..."
