God. Me and our brother Civ have been on this up here for a min. B.u.t. this is the most detail list I've seen thus far. I can't wait to show my Queen this.
There is one list I'm trying to ind again the uses the Acid/Alki system with the association with the minerials that's in them i.e. iron, zinc, magnisum, ect and herbs to support Dr Sebi's research on truely using food as thy medicine to cure any and all disease including any form of cancer and AIDS.
When I find that again I'ma post it up here so it'll never be lost or oout of our reach.

Peace! Yeah that's a very useful article!
My diet contains more alkaline foods that being certain fruits, vegetables and superfoods like spirulina.
I do tend to consume some acidic proteins and carbs like soy, fish, wheat and rice.
What I find most interesting is that the body will not work properly if the pH balance isn't right
An acidic balance will: decrease the body's ability to absorb minerals and other nutrients, decrease the energy production in the cells, decrease it's ability to repair damaged cells, decrease it's ability to detoxify heavy metals, make tumor cells thrive, and make it more susceptible to fatigue and illness. A blood pH of 6.9, which is only slightly acidic, can induce coma and death.
To maintain health, the diet should consist of 60% alkaline forming foods and 40% acid forming foods. To restore health, the diet should consist of 80% alkaline forming foods and 20% acid forming foods.
^ that's the jewel right there.
